# Spilt Milk

> Spilt Milk is a software studio in Vilnius, Lithuania. We do user research, build SaaS products, internal tools, AI and automation for companies in Lithuania, the UK and further afield. We turn messy operations into software.

## What we do

- Research and discovery: customer and staff interviews, process mapping, usability testing, business case and roadmap. Before anything is built we watch how the work actually gets done and put a number on what it costs.
- SaaS products: product strategy and pricing, prototypes tested with users, MVP to scale, onboarding and retention. Taking an idea, or an internal tool that works, to a product customers pay for every month.
- AI and automation: AI assistants on your own data, document and invoice processing, workflow automation, connecting the tools you already use.
- Internal tools and data: planning and scheduling, operations dashboards, reporting you can trust, replacing legacy systems and spreadsheets.
- Technical leadership: fractional CTO, technical due diligence, vendor and build-or-buy decisions, hiring and team setup.

## Ways to work with us

- Discovery sprint (2 to 3 weeks): we research the problem, map the process and come back with a costed plan, a clickable prototype and a fixed quote for the build.
- Product build (3 to 9 months): a small senior team designs and builds the product in two-week cycles, with working software at the end of each one.
- Partnership (monthly): an ongoing retainer for new automations, product improvements and technical leadership.

## How a project runs

1. Understand: interviews, data and time on the floor with the people doing the work.
2. Prototype: a clickable version tested with real users before any serious money is spent.
3. Build: working software every two weeks.
4. Measure: we track adoption, hours saved and revenue, and keep improving what moves those numbers.
